A home care enrollment application with home care policies and procedures will need to be compiled and sent to the Department of Aging in Ohio with a fee of $560. Initial Enrollment can take up to 6 months.

Researching the Passport regulations is a must when starting this process of applying for your home care agency’s enrollment. Ohio Department of Aging also requires an RN to supervise aides. An Administrator and Alternately qualified individual to run the home care business who are over the age of 18 and have a GED or higher must also be presented.
